Super Sales

Super Sales

This is the conventional 'staffed event'. We prepare for your sale with extensive demographic research to ensure that the mailer is delivered to those most likely to respond. We co-ordinate the media schedule with you, to make sure that all viable sources are used. We work within an agreed budget so that there are no 'surprises' once we are finished. All advertising is charged directly back to the dealer, so they are fully aware of what has been sent and recognise that all ad money was just that...ad money. We don't use the advertising as a profit centre. The only monies generally paid directly to CSI is the Canada Post amount simply because we generally get a better rate than our partners arrange due to the volume we send via Canada Post. If, however your rate is lower than ours with Canada Post, we are more than happy to simply provide explicit delivery instructions to your mail service and have them charge your account! It really is as simple as that, we are a full service operation! We then come in with a full team, a Desk Manager, F & I Manager, Floor Manager and sales staff to ensure your store is THE spot to be during the week of the event!


There are 2 types of Super Sale Events - The Guaranteed Event and the Lower Commission Event. Either one will provide you with exceptional personnel and service.


The guaranteed event provides a guarantee that the sale will achieve a minimum of $50,000.00 gross profit for the four day event otherwise CSI will reimburse the cost of the advertising.


The non guarantee event is the same event with a lower commission structure but no guarantee on the ad budget. This is the type of event that the vast majority of our dealer partners prefer, especially those who have dealt with us as they understand the volume that is done and the gross profit achieved.


Expect to retail 30-35% of the units that fit the perameters outlined in the cost section.

Scale-A-Sale

This is a product that was developed to assist those dealers who may just want to 'test the waters', or those who may not carry quite as an extensive inventory as some of the larger stores. As the name implies it is a scaled back version of the super sale. We bring 1 or 2 managers and possibly a sales person depending on your specific situation. As with all of our products we tailor our program to meet the needs of our partners!

The Invitation Sale

This type of event draws off of your existing customer database. We custom design an invitation which is mailed via `regular`Canada Post channels. These customers are given phone follow up to set appointments. We have a floor manager provided for the day or two of the event to assist in determining `hot`prospects, help close as required and generally oversee the floor traffic generated.

Dealer Close Out Liquidation Sale

Dealer Close Out Liquidation Sale

This is basically a Super Sale for the dealer either selling their business or actually going out of business. Same staffing provided here as a super sale. Each close out situation is handled on a case by case basis, but will enable the dealer to get $5k per retail vehicle as opposed to liquidating at wholesale via an auction. This is true even for aged units...you`ll truly be amazed!

50 50 Sale

We have had dealers ask us to participate in an event where all expenses and profit are split on a 50 50 basis. In this scenario, CSI covers half the ad budget, half the due to sales people, and reaps half the profits with the dealer.
